Starting with a single commercial property in Cedarhurst, NY, Scott has grown the company into a trusted name across Nassau County, Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan — managing a portfolio of 13 HOAs, co-ops, and commercial properties, including partnerships with major national brands.
His standard is straightforward: every client gets his personal contact information, his team is available 24/7/365, and no problem goes unanswered. A licensed NYS Security Watch Guard and seasoned expert in NY State regulatory law, Scott leads with the same values he lives by — honest, trustworthy, and reliable. Janet Santana co-founded Andrew's Property Management driven by something deeply personal — the belief that entrepreneurship is one of the greatest opportunities this country offers, and the determination to build something worthy of it.
With 28 years in real estate and property management and 40 years in the cleaning and maintenance industry, Janet brings a breadth of operational expertise that touches every corner of the business. She holds a NYS Real Estate License and specializes in commercial and residential properties, including co-ops, HOAs, and condominiums.
Her greatest professional point of pride? Many of the company's clients have been with them for over 25 years. That kind of loyalty isn't accidental. It's the result of consistent, personal service and a team that treats every client's property as their own.

Lauren didn't choose this industry — she grew up in it.
From cleaning offices alongside her parents at age 12, to concierge and security work at 18, to stepping into property management at 19, Lauren has built her expertise from the ground up.
Her goal was always the same: to one day run her father's company. That day came, and she hasn't looked back.
As Director of Operations, Lauren oversees the full scope of the business — daily operations, compliance, staffing, client relations, and process optimization. She manages her own growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties across New York City and Long Island, while maintaining accountability for performance across every department.
A licensed NYS Real Estate Broker with deep roots in both NYC and Nassau County markets. What drives her goes beyond the transactional. "It's not just about money going in and out," Lauren says. "It's about helping people be happy in their homes and making sure the right people get the right assistance."

For Angela, this business has always been personal. As part of the family behind Andrew's Property Management, she grew up watching the company take shape — and over the past 20 years, she's built a career within it that's entirely her own.
Angela's focus is people. Whether she's managing client relationships, resolving complex issues, or guiding someone through a transaction, she leads with the same three qualities she holds herself to: personable, attentive, and dependable. She currently oversees a portfolio of more than 500 units across commercial and residential properties — a responsibility she takes seriously and wears with quiet pride.
Licensed in both NYS Real Estate and NYS Security, Angela brings a well-rounded foundation to her role. "Excellent service means people feel respected," she says, "and that their problems are taken care of without delay."
