One of Nassau county's premier beachfront complexes, we are proud to say that Pebble Cove's HOA has trusted APM to fully manage their property for over 20 years. We work closely with the board of directors to provide 24/7 security, a summer beach attendant service, snow removal, maintenance, landscaping and much more.
31 Franklin Avenue- Hewlett
APM project managed a full rehab of this retail strip in the center of Hewlett. The quality of the work that we undertook at the property has attracted reliable tenants and we have maintained an 100% occupancy rate ever since.

Cedar Glen- Woodmere
After taking on the management of Cedar Glen in 2019, we quickly established a strong relationship with the homeowners association.
We then leveraged our large network of local vendors to negotiate improved deals for landscaping, snow removal and pool services. Not only did this lead to savings for the HOA, but the residents noticed a rise in the quality of work taking place in their community.
